Meeting Regional Demand with Smarter Construction
The Harvey Rainbow Caravan Park project in Western Australia's South West involved the construction of 25 modern accommodation units to help meet the growing demand for regional accommodation.
Working with the TCD Group, SIPs Industries supplied the wall, floor and roof panels which were transported to TCD's manufacturing facility where each module was assembled before being delivered to site. This off-site construction process significantly reduced on-site build time while providing a highly insulated building envelope designed for year-round comfort and energy efficiency.

By combining off-site modular construction with Structural Insulated Panels, The TCD Group was able to assemble the accommodation units within days before transporting them to Harvey for installation. The result is a high-quality, energy-efficient accommodation development delivered with greater speed, improved build quality and reduced disruption on site.
